Returns and Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within the terms provided by law, without the obligation to provide reasons.

Withdrawal Terms

The right of withdrawal can be exercised withinntro 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, by sending a written communication to our customer service.

Return Conditions

Products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging, complete with any accessories and documentation.

Return Procedure

Shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer, unless otherwise indicated. The return must be carried out using a traceable shipping method.

Refund

Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 days, using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products, as provided by current regulations.
